I've got some Karma..
First dots were green.. Now i've got two grey onces...
Were does the colour stands for??

grey means the person had less than 100 karma points and can't leave bad (red) or good (green) karma. its like neutral karma. most new guys have it like this. you have to look at the note left to see if it was good or bad.

yeah, disagree with someone once and they jump on your ass. then it goes from there. funny thing is i get along with 9.5 of 10 members just fine, but there will always be that percentage that you don't get along with. but i don't hold grudges unless its a malicous thing (won't name any names, but it wasn't in this case).
