My reasoning is that Natives have an awfully low level of higher education. Until they catch up to the national average, they should get a little help.

Actually, there is no scholarship for being white. But there are ones awarded to students if they are black, chineese, indian etc. Being white sucks, if your white you live your life walking on egg shells depriving yourself of equal rights for fear of treating other unequally.

Huh? Have you ever filled out a scholarship application form? There's a section on most of them in which you have to check off your ethnicity/nationality/heritage. I remember seeing many European ethnicities and nationalities (German, Italian, Swedish, Hungarian, Irish, Polish, Scottish, etc.) listed on many an application form. For example, The Sons of Italy Foundation and The Federation of German-American Societies give out scholarships and fellowships, but in each case you have to demonstrate that you know something about your heritage (i.e. language, culture, religion) to get them.

So, what exactly are you talking about?

Probably because they are too dumb and spent their high school career skipping school and selling drugs instead of doing a little studying. The other reason could be that they cannot afford to go to college. So if they want to go, looks like they need to get of their asses and get two or three jobs so they can attend college.
