I live in an upper class area, drive nice cars, attend University on an academic scholarship that I had to work my ass off for, and abide by the law....... Actually, there is no scholarship for being white. But there are ones awarded to students if they are black, chineese, indian etc. Being white sucks, if your white you live your life walking on egg shells depriving yourself of equal rights for fear of treating other unequally.

No, they are not. They are entitled to any scholarship they qualify for.

Plus, if you are not smart enough to get an academic scholarship, you did not work hard enough in school and deserve what you get. Almost all academic scholarships for state universities have an unlimited amount of places as long as the person qualifies with the proper grades.

in raw numbers this true. but since there are more poor whites in america than poor minorities, i don't see how you can justify all of the crime they commit on their poverty level. please tell me why there are more minorities in prison than white people.

There are more minorities in prison because police go after people who looks like criminals and people who are poor. If you were a new police officer and your partner said that blacks commit more crimes so you will patrol black neighborhoods more, what would you say? You would say, of course that is true.
So you would have more black arrests. You could probably arrest just as many whites doing just as many things wrong, but you just assume there are more fish in that pond and constantly fish that pond while ignoring the other pond that has just as many fish. I am not saying there are not criminals in any neighborhood, it is that higher class (and middle class) neighborhoods have people with more money and better lawyers (and more connections). Do you get the drift?
