that's total bullshit. it isn't 'racist' police or 'judges', it is because they commit a disproportionately high rate of crime. is it the racist cops and judges installing bars on the windows of stores, houses, and churches in those neighborhoods? no, it is the poor, law-abiding residents that cannot afford to move out of that area. you liberals keep on blaming a 'corrupt' judicial system, a bad economic situation, or simply saying everyone is racist. what a cop-out. it's always one excuse after another to justify their actions. give me a break

Probably because they are too dumb and spent their high school career skipping school and selling drugs instead of doing a little studying. The other reason could be that they cannot afford to go to college. So if they want to go, looks like they need to get of their asses and get two or three jobs so they can attend college.

Blacks/immigrants have the best employment opportunities. Especially for any gov./municipal job. Did you hear about the equality programs ?
And I'm not even talking about all those lazy native ass in Kanawahkee smuggling cigs and liquor, and not paying taxes like the rest of us. But suicide rate is higher among them......
