Shredder Stack Part Duh!

Hey guys and girls.
2nd run with the Shredder Stack from NTBM will be starting November 30th. This consists of Beastdrol and Katanadrol!
I will be doing 3 pills of each ed.
My main goals for this cycle is gain a few lbs of lbm while cutting up big time. I am around 238 at the moment around 17-18%, dropped from 248-250 (20%) in about a 4 weeks, which is perfect for me. I will be around 235 (15%) at the start of the cycle, and my goal will be 225-230 at 10-12%. I am 6'2". Been training over 13 years. And I am 26

Diet will be around 2500-2800 cals. Protein 290-300, carbs 200-240, and fats 60-80. depending on, on and off training days.
LOW GI carbs in morning and afternoon, greens in the evening.
Protein from eggs, chicken, beef, bison, fish, and whey.
Fats from eggs, olive oil, nuts, fish oil, npb etc.
Diet is still being worked on, but the marco's are close.

Training: Only the best. Omega style priciples. This works awesome with me. Slow movements and concentrating on the full muscle to mind connection. reps 7-20. lighter weights, fast rest inbetween sets and exercises. That's all I'll give ya, this workout/ training is going to change from what it is now( slightly), thanks to the great Omega that is going to give me an updated training for this cycle :) Thanks O-man!

Other supps will include: Whey, glutamine, creatine, N2KTS, Forged Burner, dermatherm (old version, thanks needto!) and forged liver.

PCT: Sustain Alpha, Unleashed, Post Cycle.

The anticipation is growing each day closer to the start! LOve this cycle! I will post up before and after pics because I like to show that these products work, as they have in the past, with the help of on point diet and training of course.
Hopefully my 2nd injectable cycle will come in February sometime... if I am ready! :D:p

I wish i had the chance to try beast........ part of me is thinking i should have bought me a tub or 2 of it instead of my dbol. are the gains from beast really ad dry and lean and people say?
I'm very interested in the mind-muscle thing, slow, controlled reps while feeling and squeezing work well for me. can you give me an example of your training split including your choice of exercises with sets/reps please bro??

Go buy an omega pamphlet or something, haha, really im sorry about this, I really can't give out the 'secrets' to his training program. He would end me! lol

-Are these pro-hormones?

I would shoot for the top end of your caloric goal, your carb intake might work against you at some point.
 
Hey sweed, have you ever ran AAS? it seems you are trying to stay natural by only running pro hormones. just curious bro.

I would shoot for the top end of your caloric goal, your carb intake might work against you at some point.

I just remembered this as I finished up.. cardio 2-3 days AM cardio, 1-2 days cardio after workouts... at most 4 days of cardio. When I do more I loose more rapidly, which isn;t the best, I try to do more one week ,then less the next week.. It's a tough game, but I have it figured out a bit!

no t3, only "fat burner" is forged burner, works incredible.
cheat meals, maybe once a week, I havn't had one in a month, I get a little anal and think I'll get fat, but having one this saturday.
no carb loading, constant carbs everyday. This has worked and works now. I'm sticking to it :)
These are more like pro -steriods, lol. but yes PH.
Like I said before, these carbs work for me, naturally i was able to lose fat and gain lbm. as I am now, holding mass/lbm and even building my legs up a little while leaning out.

I have done 1 injecable cycle almost 5 years ago. Test/ dbol, loved it! When I am on Beast/ Katana, I am not naturaly lol.
I just find it hard to be in good shape, time, money, etc to do something. Hopefully Once I am done with this, I will be happy enough to do a 2nd (injecable) cycle.

On a serious note, if you are prone to gyno, start running some letro now. You can probably do 2.5mg EOD to and run it through the full cycle. Katanadrol kicked my ass (boobs actually) in the gyno department.

You don't think Letro would be too strong for running on-cycle?

Well, I say if he's prone to gyno because Letro takes awhile to get going in your system. 2.5mg EOD isn't much and it cleared me up after about 3-4 weeks of EOD along with stopping my Katanadrol after two weeks.

So if he's prone to gyno, Katana will most likely flair it up, so plan ahead. If he's not prone to gyno then no need. Everyone is different, but I love me some Letro

Nice. I just started the Shredder stack on Saturday. I noticed within 2 days a slight drying out affect. I look much less bloated and my skin is tighter. I notice it in my face a lot.

I also noticed an increase in vascularity. Veins are starting to return and I look a bit more pumped throughout the day. And the mental affects are very noticeable after you pop a few caps.

I love Anavar, but Beastdrol is right up there. Very badass. I never went with a full Katanadrol run before, so I plan on using it for the full 4 weeks. I will use Bromocriptine 2.5mg EOD to control the gyno issues.

I'm also running Ephedrine at 100mg a day split up throughout the day.

I'm like 220lbs at 12%bf or so. 6' tall.

The pic in my avatar was me at 220% probably 7% bodyfat. Nothing like Trenbolone Acetate 100mg ED :p...

With this stack, I'm hoping for a nice body recomp. I don't want crazy results, otherwise I'd throw in a G of Test lol. I just want some fat loss, maybe a little muscle gain, and just an improved, more pleasing physique (need to impress my girl and nothing gets the girls wet better than 6-pack abs :D)

But yeah, day 3 and I can already feel and see it working. I'll see how my performance is in the gym. I just hope my libido doesn't suffer with this stack.:worried:
 
I would suggest lifting in the 8 rep range and do a simple 5x5 for your deadlifts, squats and bench. Lifting in the 12+ rep range (with drop sets or super sets) is going to cause you to lose a lot of strength while dieting. The cardio will only make things worse as well. Just a suggestion through trial and error as many pros including Yates has shown that this works.

Yates dieted down to 3.5% bf while training this way (not sure you're trying to get that low) and kept the same strength throughout the prep.

Higher reps and lower weight will help burn bf but so will cardio, I'd rather lose bf than muscle.

I am awaiting a training program, something similar to my training I am doing now, from Omega. It's worked for me in the past and present. I am not interested in strength really that much. I do use lighter weights, and my aches/pains (mostly lower back) are non existant. I used to do 5x5 and did like that workout. 5 reps for strength, then I would do 2 more exercises at 10-12 reps for volume. It seems this type of training I am doing now, shows me more results faster than heavy heavy weight training when I used to do that in college. It was tons of fun DLing 10 plates for reps, but my back didn;t, lol. It's tough bein taller!
I would like to get down to 10% by Janurary, and my goal for May 1st is 5-7%, maybe a contest in the future? who knows, I just want to build some solid muscle and loose the bf, and that will take time, I know.
It is funny in the gym the looks I get when I barely lift low weight DB's for incline presses and almsot nothing on the bar for curls, lol. It works, and can't wait for the revised training I get from Omega! :)

Yeah...what are you thinking bro? Any OTC libido boosters that actually work, or will I have to go with either injectible Testosterone or some Viagra/Cialis?

Yeah that should cure the Libido, but My bigger concern is the Progestin.

I'm using Bromocriptine at 2.5mg EOD. Hopefully this should control it. It controled 700mg/week of Trenbolone Acetate's progestin, hopefully it can cover the 280mg of katanadrol's tren...

Last night with the girl didn't go so well...I'm searching now desperately for viagara or cialis. I will also start Test again...I feel like I have no choice.

I went limp after like 3 minutes. Usually I can go for HOURS and this time it was mere minutes. WTF!:worried:
