New member
recently when doing shoulders one keeps popping been to a doc he did an mri said all is good so has anyone ever had such problems and what did you do to fix it, the shit doesnt hurt but i dont want a problem down the road.

Warmup properly before lifting. Some popping is normal and I don't know many people who's shoulders don't snap crackle & pop to some degree.

^^^ There's your answer, proper warm up and more than plentyful streching after warm...during training...and after... ice after if nessesary/painful.

You have AIDs.

yeah apprec. it but i've always warmed up before lifting running or any activity that is going to be using muscles. like i said been to a doc, he said everythings good but everytime i evenbring my arm up past shoulder height it pops. but its good to know that it happens to others thats all i was looking for. my docs about 100yrs old and i think hes nuts but thanks for the info.

Sounds like one or more of the muscles in your rotator cuff is weak perhaps and the head of the humerus is popping out of the glenoid fossa (what forms the ball and socket type join in your shoulder). I would try some exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff and see if that helps. Maybe even see a physical therapist or other specialist about it.
