Shoulder injury/Continue Cycle?

I am relatively new to the world of anabolics but not lifting. Recently started a cycle of Boldenone 400/wk and Sustanon 250/wk. I went with these do to the relatively low report of side effects. I do have ancillaries just in case. I front loaded with 800 and 800 the first two weeks and I am at the beginning of week three. In my excitement that I could now lift at least 20% heavier weights, safety got tossed out the window. I have bad shoulders to begin with. Lateral end of my scapulas have advanced wear. I did not ease into my new found strength allowing for tendons and ligaments to get conditioned and I am now paying for it with a right shoulder injury. I can do biceps(on a machine, no free weights) triceps, and forearms without making my shoulder hurt, but no back, shoulder or chest till it heals(2 months at least)

Getting gear is not an issue, neither is money (relatively speaking). The question is this:

Do I continue with my cycle focusing what I can do or stop and start over when I heal?

I kinda had the same problem with my knee and stopped my cycle 6 weeks in. I think you should hold off untill you can get full potential in your lifting. Your going to be wasting your gear. Next cycle throw in some Deca it really helps lube your joints, I never have any joint pain when on Deca. Just make sure you take proviron at 25-50mgs ed with it for your libido. I usually dose 300mgs of deca ew with most cycles. Good luck with your shoulder, sucks!
