Shoulder Injections--No aspirate, but coughing & shortness of breath--help!

Figure out how to aspirate one handed. Its not fucking hard. No excuse not to aspirate. Maybe in the glutes I could see....but delts and quads....definatley need to aspirate. I have pulled a syringe full of blood multiple times in both areas. Had I not aspirated most of my AAS would have went directly into my blood stream....not good.

As for your shortness of breath and coughing...thats classic hitting a vein symptoms. You either went through a vein or knicked one and a little of the aas got in your blood stream. Not a big deal.

Just start aspirating. I would just do glutes with long esters. So much easier and hassle free.

Wow. You learn something new everyday (hopefully). Didn't read this before my last post, but i'm glad i did. That scares the shit out of me whether it's a big deal or not. I always aspirate butt and quads, but i haven't been in my shoulders lately. Thanks, Burn.

If I misread something something in the OP and your problem is happening days after injection then you have a totally different issue than what I was talking about.
If its during and/or immediatley post injection then its what I said and its not a big deal. If its much later then its something you definatley need to look into more.

Lots of veins in your delts bro. I've had drips, all the way to squirting streams shooting literally 2 feet out of my delt.(pretty scary for a sec)
Its pretty common to knick little veins and shit. Little drops of AAS directly in your blood will cause shortness of breath, tight chest, rapid heart beat, panic(cause it freaks you out), coughing, dizziness..ect..... any or all of those. It happens all the time to alot of people and really isnt a big deal. But it can be pretty fucking freaky if your not aware or prepared for it.
