This is debatable. First, for the past two years, I have put forth a recovery cycle plan that HAS NEVER failed (assuming the subject has something to recover). I am talking HCG, nolvadex and sometimes clomid. Why doesn't everyone just follow this PCT? Is it because they are tired of doing injections and want an "all-oral" recovery program? Is it because of cost? Well, I have stated numerous times that cycling is an investment in one's health. One doesn't make investments without the finances to back it up. Is it because of availability? These meds are readily available-just ask the vets and mods.

Now, if someone has a recovery program that can match the results of the above program FOR EVERYONE, then I want to hear it. I want to see the research. If it just works for you, that isn't good enough. Why? Because endocrinologists have been using HCG/nolvadex/clomid for years to recover suppressed HPTA. If someone has an all-supplement (non-prescription) recovery cycle that works as well as the above, then present it. Take on the responsibility if anyone fails to recover when following it. My $0.02.

Agreed. Not to mention, more boards spread out the opinions. In fact I have a thread about the RADARS Sticky on POST CYCLE RECOVERY in the Nelson Montana forum and just a handful of people replied even though it contained information that no one addressed here.

DrJ,

I have posted to this board about my rather dismal PCT recovery... do you feel that your PCT is appropriate for my current situation and if so I will certainly follow it... well maybe after a few more questions :-)

A forum could be created in the members forum area. It's not a bad idea. Any volunteers?

I'd have no problems with doing this.

If agreed upon, I'll get a full blown membership to do so.

I have a lot of input for the brothers out there with the misfortune of having to deal with long term PCT. I have been working on trial and error with doctors for over a year and a half now in regards to my current situation. Finally, I have found the right doctor and I am very optimistic that the situation will be resolved. This may possibly involve FSH and GnRH therapy. I'll know for sure in about a week.

I'm in.

We talk about diet, exercise, using gear during the diets and exercise. But we don't talk about life after the gear and how to cope with it. And how to recover from it. I'm 100% all for it. Let's do it!

What is your PCT plan consist of in terms of dosing?
