If not term limits, then certainly at least the possibility of a recall election. I can think of a few who need to have the rug pulled out from under them. Like, for example, any mod who has bombed Coldblue1955.

we should be able to buy temporary mod status with karma. mod for a day for 1mil K. it'd let you do everything that regular mods can do, but it'd only last 24 hours.

i think that'd be fun. even though i'd never be able to afford it.

As George himself pointed out recently, Customer Service is not reading the boards. They're not SUPPOSED to be reading the boards. They're processing your support tickets.

Your ticket number is something to keep between YOU and customer service, not you and the Chat board. There is NO reason to post a ticket number on the board. All that could possibly do is give someone a chance to screw around and interfere with solving your problem.

Anyone who tells you to POST about a customer support issue is part of the problem, good intentions not withstanding.
