i puff pass a lot too. but i really can't get back into a situation where i need painkillers again. ive let them ruin me before. i would train thru the pain and it was very bad for me. i got addicted to the feeling of lifting then chewin up some vikes. luckily i was able to stop. i was on them because of gall bladder surgery, i wasn't supposed to lift and it happened mid cycle. i had to take a break off the gym for 4 weeks after, and i went balls to the wall when i was allowed back in, but pk's were my vice. anyway, i had an mri and i have discs bulging and one touching my damn spine, the doc can't believe i am not crippled during the day. its strange that my strongest body part hurts the most.
