Can I mix Test E and Deca in the same needle, or should I use a different needle for every shot? Also, I was thinking of doing all quad shots, but am unsure of the local growth properties of Deca. I dont wan't to have my legs ballon on me, they are big anyway. I might try shoulder or bi shots. Any suggestions?

You can mix the two in one syringe. Deca will not cause spot growth. I would recomend rotating injection sites, quads, glutes, delts, ect.
