yeah, the ratios need to look like 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fats. that's a generic formula, but typically, you'll have a little more carbs than protein when bulking. like he said, 400 g carbs, would maybe have around 330-360 g proteins. those are the main numbers i try to watch, get some flax oil for your fats, as it's harder to get those good omegas without spending a shitload on groceries. well....that's i how i roll until i get my free e-book from needto
