Is it time to hit up the PCT?????

Bro I have really been looking at the gear endurance thing. Ive chatted with a few fighters and competitive wrestlers who need endurance and who also use gear. You DEFINATELY need to cut those doses in half! Eq is good for endurance but NOT at 400mg/wk. look at the doses it is given to race horses at. It is much lower per bodyweight than what we use. The red blood cell boost is good for endurance but BAD when taken too far and will hinder endurance after a certain point!

Go with Test 250 2x a week and EQ 100mg 2x a week.

Definately do a search on EPO!!! Endurance guys love it!

Start going high reps / low rest with the weights. Do more high rep bodyweight excersizes.

Start jog/run/walking 3x a week up to 5x a week as fitness test nears. Increase run time decrease jog/ walk time as you near test.

STRETCH everyday!
