i have a vigorous 3 day fitness test, (ending with a 5 mile timed-run) coming up in 2 months. I have to take this test, cause I am over 32 yrs old, and the L.E. job I am up for requires it for us "older folks"

I've been "on" for over a year, and have put on some quality muscle.
However; I now need to not just cut-up, but I need to "slim-down" so I can run, jump, etc without blowing out my knees.

Is it time to hit up the PCT?????

I'm looking for any suggestions......

Good luck to you. I'm a grad of Detroit Police Academy '82. Great life experience. Although all the guys I worked with couldn't run 50 yds, they were good shots, though. Have you thought about going into HRT mode with some test and EQ?
 
I recently switched to 500mg Test E/400mg EQ Cyp

should I drop the test a little more?

Isn't HRT like 250/week?

no, not really. Just cut the calories, increase cardio, do higher rep training. More warmup and stretching time is also advisable
 
EQ helps big time with endurance. Makes you pretty hungry but with the increase in red blood cell you can totally notice the difference. Glucosamine and Condroiton is a good supplement for your joints if your knees are bad

Nah, I wouldn't, but like you I stays on. I think the EQ is the ticket for the running. We had to run 3 miles for finals, after 12 weeks it was cake.
