i have a vigorous 3 day fitness test, (ending with a 5 mile timed-run) coming up in 2 months. I have to take this test, cause I am over 32 yrs old, and the L.E. job I am up for requires it for us "older folks"
I've been "on" for over a year, and have put on some quality muscle.
However; I now need to not just cut-up, but I need to "slim-down" so I can run, jump, etc without blowing out my knees.
Is it time to hit up the PCT?????
I'm looking for any suggestions......
