If I'm not feeling the shakes, it's like it's not working anymore or my body has become immune to it, then it's time to rampdown and take a break.
Yeah same here I started with 25 I was up to 50 last time I cycle clen about oh I would say 8 months ago I dont know seems like a long time ago maye it was not that long ago. I drink coffee like it is out of style normally but lately like the past three months I have chilled on it. But yeah I still had a small cup today. Anyone knows me I am always chasing the bigger dragon in anything I DO lol! Always Going Large and living on the edge
