Shipping Trex to canada and when to eat?

Hey considering buying some thermorexin from the AF store but since i am in canada i was wondering what the boarder charges would be? also what is the shipping like to canada?

also I work till 5 and dont get home till 5:30 I normally eat then and then go to the gym from 7-about 9 and then have a post workout shake. If i wanna shred of a few pounds should I go to the gym at 5:30ish-7:30 then eat after that or will it be too close to bedtime??

only place in Canada I've found that sells it, i've order from them, and trust them. costs a little more, but when you think of shipping to canada, the exchange rate, and the risk of it not even making it over the boarder, it's the best way to go.

I would Say take it and hour before hitting the gym, Go to the gym after work so that your not up half the night with this stuff, I find the "high" lasts around 4 hours, with about 6 hours that even if I wanted to, no way in hell I would sleep. And always take it with some food, A few rice cakes I found were always good with 2 pills post work out, if I took them with no food, I would feel like I was about to puke up everything in my body. if you don't want to go too extreme with them, I would say take 2 with breakfast, and 2 post work out. for the first few days do 1 and 1. and remember, just becuase it seems to be working, downing 25 pills a day isn't going to help that much more, just help throw you in a hospital.
 
I can take Trex on an empty stomach, at least two, but yeah some people can't. It will keep you up at night if you take it TOO late in the day, so get it in as early as possible, higher doses in the morning and lower doses later in the evening if you need a boost for the gym.
 
ok so say i take in the am and an hour before i workout then hit the gym 5:30 till 7:30ish then should i eat my supper then or is it too late?? should i take it an hour before with a little but of food then hit the gym and then eat supper after or eat supper with the t-rex then hit the gym and just have a shake after?? I just dont know really want to be eating at 8:00pm but i dont want to eat supper before a workout either??

also how is the canadian formula compared to that of AF?? is it as effective??
 
The canadian one is just ordered in from the states, no diff.. I wouldn't eat depends on what time your going to sleep at. just wondering, why are your work outs 2 hours long... You might find it better to do 30 min cardo in the the morning, and an hour of weights after work.
 
if your looking to shed some fat, cardio first thing is one of the best ways to kick start your day.

Ya i would but its so cold in the mornings right now since it is winter i would freeze!
im thinking t-rex and a small meal when i get home from work then to the gym then protein after. im there for so long cause i was counting travel time, my wokouts are usually about an hour.
 
does it really work that well though?? i am kind of holding off on ordering it right now because im skeptical. i see all the people raving about it but i hear that about all fat loss drugs that are generally crap. like i have taken other stuff before and never noticed any more difference then when i wasnt on it, like i would drop at the same rate. i dont want to spend over $100 if it is not going to work really well. is the canadian formula really the same as the US? anyone have a success story for me? my diet is ok but not perfect by far i dont know what other people are eating while on it?
