for my cardio i usually run for about 20-30 minutes on the treadmill at a good 7 - 8 mph depending on how i feel that day. i used to run with no problems at all no shin splints nothing. i stoped cardio for a few weeks just cause i got lazy and didnt feel like it and just lifted. but i started back doing it and now my shins feel like their going to explode after just a few minutes, why is this? i had no issues then out of no where i can run and just have been using the resistance bike and elyptical machines. any thoughts? thanks
