Shin Pumps on Turanabol?

I thought it was just shin splints as well. However, the pain has gone up dramatically in the last week. It could just be placebo. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it. I don't want to go straight to blaming the anabolics, but the tbol was the only variable that I recently introduced into my body. I eat a banana with every main meal, and get plenty of water.

If no one else has ever had any problems, it could just be in my mind. Thanks for the replies guys.

The way I understand it, shin splints are caused by the inflamed muscle tearing at your shins, literally pulling the bone off your shin.

You said the pain went up dramatically, perhaps the increased strength caused by the tbol has exacerated the progress of your shin splint development.

Do your shins hurt when you massage them? If its just pumps, they should feel fine Bad shin splints will feel painfull just rubbing them with your hands because of the damage to them.

Make a big effort to stretch out your calves. Stretching out your calves takes tension away from your shins and can ease the discomfort.

Best response.......I used to get shin splints when I ran until I really made it a point to make sure my calves where fully stretched.

I've never been on the juice but I did get shin pumps from taking superdrol. I run quite a bit for cardio and I ran during my superdrol cycle. My shins were killing me. It was not shin splints because the pain went away after my run. I also was eating bananas and taking L-Taurine to guard against back pumps. I did'nt get back pumps but my shins got pumped.

I got shin splints and back pumps from BD tbol. If not for the fact that it seemed milder than dbol and didn't give me sensitive nips I'd still be suspecting that it was dbol. I tried ot twice but the aches annoyed me, I couldn't even go for a long walk after about a week. I supplemented with cranberry extract, milk thistle, taurine, and even ate bananas but nothing helped. It went away after I stopped taking the tbol.

I can't remember for sure anymore but I think I was taking 40 or 50mg ed. I also tried it with anavar at 30/30 and with creatine but that was a disaster. I got the same aches and blew up and stopped after two weeks. I expect some bloat from creatine but this was too much. Maybe the batch I had was tainted with dbol.

A lot of good responses from bros on here trying to help, that's what's great about this site.

I can reiterate what several have said........I have cycled BD Oral Turanibol three times (at 40 mg ED) and have never experienced OT pumps in shins or anywhere else that I can recall. Bananas, increased water intake, ibuprofen, taurine, stretching, they all sound good, especially the additional water intake. I have never heard that a direct side effect of OT is shin pumps when running, but certainly not dismissing, I learn something new every week about AAS.

Are you possibly taking any NO supplements or inject B12 along with the OT, or some other over the counter product prior to running? I have experienced pumps with NO-Xplode so bad for minor muscle groups that I had to stop my workout.

When I take gear, I stop taking creatine and NO products or the leg pumps I get make it too difficult to run. I havent run TBol yet, but plan to run it next month.

Thanks for all the responses guys. I'll give everything a shot. I'll try gettting some more bananas and even more water. I'll be sure to stretch my calves extra before doing my running.

I haven't been using any other supplements while on the OT. What I am experiencing is muscle pain. The pain subsides after I stop moving for a while, and I can put pressure on my shin (as in the bone) and it doesn't bother me.

If nothing works, its not a big deal. I only do cardio/running 3 times weekly to try and keep some of the fat off while I'm bulking. I can deal with the pain for 45min or so 3 times weekly.

Again, thanks for the replies and attempts at help. Thats why I love this board.

I got mild shin splints on OT 50mg day. but i don't think is was shin splints it was more of shin pumps. if that makes any sense. I bartend and serve so im on my feet all day and it seems to just pump up more than give actual splints. I know very well of shin splints from soccer and this was a different. It went away after a week i think my shins just got used to it and didn't pump as much. I was only on OT for only about 2 weeks. It was ok, not impressive. However OT did help me drop 2% bf during that time. Also I started streching them and my calves out everyday and that help tremendously. Whenever it'd start to pump, I just stretched them out and they went away for a little bit. Best of luck bro.
