I have not personally had measures taken while on, but a few gym buddies have. Their free T was on the up side of average.
I am not aware of any issues.

For SHBG's, three OTC compounds do the job well which are PhytoSerms 347, Formastanozol, Erase

Actually Forma and Erase are anti e's. Good supps but they are not designed to lower SHBG.

Phosphatydl serine, pregenolone and EGCG.

Erase contains no actual anti cortisol ingredients, it's simply speculated that lowering estrogen lowers cortisol.
