That happens to me from time to time.. My MD told me it was tendonitis.. Growing up, I worked on my families farm, and my forearms and back greatly benefited from the labor.. However, now my forearms seem to grow faster than any other body part.. And it plays hell on those tendons that run from the pinky to the elbow.. When I do any type of training where they are heavily involved, it feels like little tings of electricity.. Stretching them a WHOLE lot seemed to clear it up nicely.. Espically between sets, and once you get home from the gym.. If it gets to nasty, I have cuffs I wear up close to my elbows, and that helps a lot.. I would concentrate more of the stretching though than depending on the cuffs/straps.. And of course, if it gets to bad, always best to take a week off.. Better a week cause you are doing it for your own good, than 6- 8 because you have absolutely no choice..
