you can have two GPLENISH, CREATINE, PROTEIN, R-ALA meals a day.


make one in the morning for breakfast, and one for post workout or before bed.

if you do this PLEASE post your results with that SUPP stack, your strength and recuperation should increase exponetially of that stack.


the shake would look like this.

2-3 scoops of a flavored whey protien
1 full scoop of Gplenish mixed in
1-2 table spoons of creatine
half a banana
1-3 caps of r-ala.

take that twice a day and you have no choice but to progress

THanks for the suggestions bro, I will probably order a post cycle's worth of Peptides from the AF store...and keep you posted on the results of the shakes.

This Post Cycle formula from Protein Factory sounds interesting, but with all those ingredients mixed into one, you wonder how effective it can be? But it will sure be easier on the wallet then doing it the old fashioned way......
 
Are supps like ala and creatine still going to be very effective if you are already taking them while "on", or are the effects going to be to light to make a difference by the time you hit you post cycle regimine?

The body can only absorb so much creatine, so loading up on it is a waste. Too much r-ala can cause low blood sugar. Too much zinc can be toxic if you mega dose daily.

Supps like maca and avena are only in the system for a short while so daily intake isn't a problem -- much like water soluable vitamins. It's something you should take every day whether you're on or off.

use creatine post cycle to maintain as much mass/strength...
not during cycle!
 
Yea creatine is pointless to take during the cycle, unless your on an ANAVAR ONLY CYCLE, that would be the only exception.

Even with creatine you still have a loss of strength and energy in the gym once I come off....Im hoping NO2 helps with that and has a synergetic effect with the creatine...Has anyone tried both at the same time post cycle???
