What do you guys feel is the best post cycle regimen using only "NATURAL" over the counter supplements. Clen, Clomid, Nolva etc. is usually used for the first few weeks post cycle, however what other supplements do you guys usually take to help keep down the "crash" and strength up, maintain size etc. Please no "BRIDGE" cycle replies involving Primo or Anavar!!
In the past I just used creatine..but this time around I think im going with:
1g/day ALA
30g/day Glutamine
15g/day Synthevol Creatine
NO2
Lots of protien
And since this is usually the time where I get acne if at all, I take a shitload of Pantothenic Acid, Tree Tea oil, Saw Palmetto, and use a mild acne topical antibiotic cream.
