Share your post Cycle OTC "Natural" regimen.......

What do you guys feel is the best post cycle regimen using only "NATURAL" over the counter supplements. Clen, Clomid, Nolva etc. is usually used for the first few weeks post cycle, however what other supplements do you guys usually take to help keep down the "crash" and strength up, maintain size etc. Please no "BRIDGE" cycle replies involving Primo or Anavar!!

In the past I just used creatine..but this time around I think im going with:

1g/day ALA
30g/day Glutamine
15g/day Synthevol Creatine
NO2
Lots of protien

And since this is usually the time where I get acne if at all, I take a shitload of Pantothenic Acid, Tree Tea oil, Saw Palmetto, and use a mild acne topical antibiotic cream.
 
Post cycle I run:
2g Avena Sativa
100mg Zinc

As far as other supps go, I use about 400mg of r-ala with each carb meal. I'll also use Pantothenic acid for acne at 2g a day.
 
400mg of RALA damn that must be $$ i use about 1 pill and make my stuff last cuz its expensive...with about 30-50 carbs...
 
Yes even 1G/day of r-ALA is crazy expensive but once you throw in 2 bottles of NO2 ($65 each) and creatine you might as well be juicing for all that $$$, however I am not an avid fan of "bridging" because I think you need some time to "down regulate" (I think thats the correct terminology) your receptors and it helps to stay "clean" for a month or 2, if using all these extra supplements is what most people consider being "clean."
 
try looking itn glutamine peptides instead of L-glutamine


sorry to sound redundant, but I think you may enjoy them better

YES

it just takes a week or two to build up, although many report the pump (ie. muscle fullness after only 3 days)

recuperation increasing is the first thing you notice:)

then it gradually translates into more lean muscle or when dieting the maintaining of muscle.

you can have two GPLENISH, CREATINE, PROTEIN, R-ALA meals a day.


make one in the morning for breakfast, and one for post workout or before bed.

if you do this PLEASE post your results with that SUPP stack, your strength and recuperation should increase exponetially of that stack.


the shake would look like this.

2-3 scoops of a flavored whey protien
1 full scoop of Gplenish mixed in
1-2 table spoons of creatine
half a banana
1-3 caps of r-ala.

take that twice a day and you have no choice but to progress
 
Creatine will maintain fullness to the muscle but won't do anything for recovery.

"Post-Cycle" from Protein Factory contains maca, zinc,r-ala and Cndium (NO2)

Don't discount the need for extra sleep to make up for the excess cortisol.

That "post cycle" formula is already available then?
