Shakes w cycles

How many protein shakes do you guys take when doing your cycles?
i'm 32 214 lb 6' trying to eat 3000 cal 300 grams of protein i do shakes before and after my session if i go to the gym twice a day then thats 4 shakes and one before bed 30 to 35 grams each shake i also try to eat every 2 to 2.5 hours
clean diet

Just wanted to know before i start my cycle i don't have my cycle complete yet but want to make sure i do my first one the best i can.
 
Take as many as you want


But you need to get the majority of your protein from real food,

100% some days, 75% other days, I would say you need to get an average of 75% of your protein from real food,

It is hard, you need to eat a lot.
 
i do about 300 grams of protein also, but i get 120 grams from protien shakes and go from there... 2 60 grams shakes, One in the morning and one after my workout the rest is real food

are you cutting/maintainance, because those cals are a little on the low side for your bodyweight and being(since you mentioned in reference to) on cycle.
 
If I drink a lot of coffee in the morning, I get the shakes, but that is probably a different shake then you are referring.

Go to Costco, come home stock the Refer with Protein,

On Sunday barbeque it all by Friday, you will crave Pizza.
 
I love costco 3/4 of my diet comes from there, tuna ,
chicken ,bread ,oats,nuts,turkey,jerkey ,meat balls.

Usually two a day if i'm bulking cause each one is 1000cals and over 120g protein per serving. Use milk to increase the cals of your shake and it adds some good protein also.
