I've got another date tonight with same undergrad chic, this time dinner and clubbing, her idea... havent' been to a 'club' in 4 years, and yeah... but working on research shit today, and messing around here, what is up with u?

I spent all my fun money for the weekend last night at the Grapefest in Grapevine. LOL I couldn't find the jewelry maker from last year (bummer - I bought a ring from her last year and every single time I wore it, I was complemented on it. Recently gifted it to a gf of mine who loved it. She is going through some deep shit so I wanted her to have something for her to draw strength from.) BUT I DID find another AWESOME jewelry maker. They specialize in precious stones - not diamonds and common shit like that but fossilized treasures, etc. I bought this AMAZING bracelet made of sterling and nautilus' to match a slide I got some time ago made of a hyuge nautilus, amber and savorski crystal. Also got amber earrings to go with it and another fun slide made of a sterling fork with/amber and needo doohikies.

Other than that it is rainy and shitty here so not much to do except hang out and do what grown-ups do when the weather is shit. hehehehee

Dude that blows, nothing beats an outdoor party for a birthday, shit I haven't had a birthday party in years... that sucks that U have to call the whole thing off... treat yourself to something nice -ie- buy yourself someting u really want... bad advice, but that is what I would do, and then bitch about it when the bill comes, but I'm sorry bro...

went out to breakfast with the man.
then went into town to a town garage sale (the whole town contributes) and got a few things for my studio (stainless steel is one of the few things that can stand the heat of my kiln and I found a few stainless bowls to use as molds) and a vase for my new office.

tonight, dinner and the grocery store.

Tomorrow we are going to an antique auction.
