guys I seperated a rib about 2 weeks ago. After a week of soreness i went and had an x-ray to see it it was cracked or brused or somthing, i was told it was seperated not broken. I did it practicing bjj so it wasn't weights. is this somthing you just have to rest, or train through. i'm going on my third week now and it aches as worse than before. Any time i do somthing active it starts to kill! how long does this take to heal? Any recommendations
