I just self injected my left side for the first time today(usually had a buddy do that side). And it was easier than doing my left quad. I fuckin hit a nerve going in the first two times and finally got it right on the third try. Nothing like sticking yourself 3 times. And I'm done with the 25g pins for primo, that shit is so thick it takes forever to get through a 25g pin.

Alan, good luck with the injects. And just out of curiosity, why do you feel a need to identify yourself as having two dads? I'm far from a homophobe, but I just don't get this desire to announce yourself as a homosexual. I'd equate it to me saying "I normally have my heterosexual friend give me my injections..." Ok, so you're gay, what does that have to do with you learning to inject yourself? I'm not trying to flame in anyway, just trying to follow the psychology behind it. Enlighten me, please.

As far as ease of position, I like sitting in an open back chair, but I have also laid on the floor and crossed my leg over to one side and I can almost see what I am doing. As far as the place to inject, put the tip of your middle finger on the front most part of your hip bone and stretch your hand level around your hip until your thumb is pressing on your glute, press your thumb into the skin and hold it for a few seconds. Whn you remove you remove your thumb it will leave a spot on your skin...just injuect into that spot.
Personally, I like quad shots better!

I prefer quads the most. Both glutes are good. Delts are easy to do, but I get more pain there, and it lowers my bench and press weights, so I avoid delts except before legs. I tried tris once, but didn't like it. Good luck, just use 22g or bigger needle (i.e. smaller number) And pull back before you inject to make sure you are not in a vein (if you see blood, extract it and change needles). Do the quads a few times, it's easy and you can see well, save the glutes for the third time. my 2 cents

Reasonable question, and I don't have an answer that will satisfy. I guess if you live with the oppression that we do with being Gay (Remember what Bob Paris went through with Big Joe not wanting him to come out in his mags) Then you might get obsessive about it. I actually edited my original posting - I usually refer to my Dads as my Gay dads, but caught myself and just said my dads. Hell this fall there is a comedy on NBC covering this very topic so it not odd. Well, back to being on-subject. I have a very busy week coming up so I think i'll be ready to self inject in the middle of next week. I'm going to give myself plenty of time in private and try my best to do it right. I got 2 200ML vials of Deca just waiting for me and I can sure use the emotional boost I get from being on AS and Test. Thanks, guys. Alan.

you know alan, i think your explanation about the opression would suffice. I've never had to endure any kind of real oppression, but I could see if you had to deal with it day in and day out that it would be a big part of your life and how you identify yourself. Thanks for not taking my post the wrong way, and thanks for taking the time to point it out.

One of the key things I've found is to do it, not to think about it. Just do it watch your glutes in a mirror and shoot away!!!!!!!

I do them all the time. Sometimes I get a cramp from twisting around though.

That and from all the wiggling around I tend to bruise the hell out of the injection site. I hate glute shots! Unless I'm doing ED shots, I stick to delts and quads.
