Self injected butt shots.

I am fortunate that one of my dads is a nurse and gives me my shots of Deca, but I got to thinking. If I'm going to be a real man about these injections and if he isn't around during a trip, etc, I should learn how to give myself these shots. I have read a lot of worries about other possible injection sites, so I was wondering. Do some of you guys on this board give yourself inter-muscular injections in the butt, or is it considered too difficult to do by yourself. Some discussion about this please, once my cholorestor counts are back to normal, I want to get back on the juice. Thanks! Alan.

Never attempted my left side "butt" the right side is easy. Someone on this board mentioned sitting in a chair that wasnt solid on the back rest to inject. I always do it standing with no weight on the injection side.

Bro, we all self-inject. Its the only way to go. I'm suprised you don't know that. See the spotinjections site for specifics. I run glutes, quads and delts.

glad to see alan can role with the punches. I hate people who takee everything too serious. I guess if you can't inject them into your butt I heard the thiegh and delt are good places too but I don't know. I haven't done injections yet.

Ummm, how many dads do you have???? I've only got one!

I do almost 3 glute shots a week and I don't have a problem with any of them. Other than the fact that its a stretch to get back there all is well.

It is really easy. If your worried about it, draw with a 22 g and inject with a 25 guage. I find it easiest in a room with a large mirror such as a bathroom. Remember to aspirate and inject slowly.

Yup, this is how I do it. I watch what I'm doing in the mirror. Keep weight off the leg of the side you're injecting in. Divide your cheek into 4 quadrants, you want to inject into the upper outer quarter.
Some also sit in a chair and do it.
