Second Cycle Opinion

I want to run my second cycle now and I'm trying to put together what I think would fit what I need.

I'm 25, 6'2" and 187 lbs... while I do want to gain I don't care about being 200+ lbs honestly... I want to get some solid muscle gains and less water retention.

What I'm currently looking at:

1-3 dbol 30mg ED (kickstart, left over)
1-10 test e 500mg/wk
1-10 primobolan (oral) 100mg ED
6-10 winstrol (oral) 30mg ED

I will be taking HCGenerate/Liv52 while on as well as following up with Bridge, Forma Stanazol and nolva for PCT (might use the Forma on cycle as well)

Is that too much? Haven't locked down on this but this is just what I've put together from reading and thinking about what I specifically need. Not sure if anyone has any thoughts with conflicting usage of those specific AAS elements.

it looks fine, I would use clomid for pct rather than Nolva, and USe Aromasin @ 12.5mg eod while on cycle to eliminate bloat and any estro type sides
 
I do have some Clomid already anyways so I'll consider running that over the Nolva. Aromasin sounds like a fair addition as well
 
6'2 and 187 seem light;

What was your 1st cycle?
How long ago?
What was your PCT?
What's your diet and training?

Agree I feel a little light right now... my build is very much a "runners build" unfortunately. My first cycle was:

1-4 dbol 40mg ED
1-10 test e 500mg/wk

This cycle ended mid-March. PCT was Nolva and Forma

I gained quite a bit but then lost a lot of water weight... still look and feel way better than before and I haven't lost much of my strength gains since off. My natural build makes gaining weight unbelievably difficult. While on cycle I took in about 4-5,000 calories a day and I admit I've laxed on that since off. I'm not planning on starting this cycle for another 2-3 months so I'm trying to gain as much as possible before then.... back on the weight gainers and trying to hit at least 4,000 calories a day again. I should be 192/3 ish at least by start of cycle.

Training is pretty focused, I work out 5 days a week:

Monday: Legs & Shoulders (Squats, lunges, etc etc)
Tues: Biceps & Swim
Wed: Chest & Abs
Thurs: Back (Deadlifts, Rows, etc)
Fri: Triceps & Cardio/Swim

I follow the MAX-OT program for a lot of my lifts so I like to keep my lift sessions between 30-45 minutes. I'm tempted to increase the frequency of all of this while on cycle though.

I'm also wondering if I should consider increasing the dosage of the primo from 100mg to 150mg ED, and possibly increasing the winny dosage from 30mg to either 40 or 50 ED... just basing this off of the "averages" listed on drugprofiles and based off others cycles.

terrible pct...probably could have retained even more gains with a better pct...refer to "the best pct of 2010" sticky...

^^^ diet post cycle is extremely important....really, it's important all the time..now you know for next time, don't skimp on diet when the cycle ends...

over-training.....you cannot train 5 days in a row without a break, rest = grow....train 2-3 days on, day off, etc....every 2-3 months of taht take 2 weeks off....also, don't train legs and shoulders on the same day...

Keep the shakes to a minimum and get as much solid food as possible...

Hey, I'm gonna suggest you do your dbol starting week 2. This way you shouldn't loose any gains in transition from dbol to test e, as test e usually shows around week 5. Otherwise, your week 4 will be dissapointing.

I agree with a stronger PCT.
 
Two orals together at the end, noooo, not a good idea, eliminate one of the orals at the end. You can train five days in row, just dont hit the same body part within 72 hrs. Train legs by themselves. Train tri's and bi's together. Then train the rest how you want too.... Over training occurs when you don't give each body part enough rest. Taking sat. and sun. off should be suffice for your goals.
