second cycle design

Need some help setting up second cycle. currently on HRT .65cc test c 2xw, .45 nordtropin ed. I use lipoflame ed. First cycle was 40mg anavar ed for 6 weeks and clen weeks 1-2 and 4-6 ,t-3 with slow taper off plus HRT.
Current stats are age 55 6'1 255 27% bf. Started this year at 287 34% bf. First cycle i lost 20 lbs and it ended in april. Diet is fair and needs some tweeking. Cardio 3-4 x Am before breakfest. workout 2xw with trainer 1xw on my own. My goal is to be 239 under 25% bf.

for cycle two i have my HRT ,I could increase test if needed, clen, 200 anavar 10mg and 200 primo tabs 50mg and lipoflame. My thought is to run the following
wk 1-6 anavar 50mg ed
wk 1-3 clen ramp to 100mg ed
wk 6-12 primo tabs 200 mg ed
wk 6-8 clen ramp to 100 ed
wk10-13 clen ramp to 100
I also do the supps like nician fish oil and turine and potassium.

so the questions are should i increase the test and is running anavar first then primo correct or should i run then at the same time.

so the questions are should i increase the test and is running anavar first then Primobolan - methenolone - correct or should i run then at the same time.


With 27% BF and a "fair" diet, you're not ready for gear, IMO.

i believe you should use the test as hrt but you need to focus on your diet and discipine yourself to drop your bf % down significantly before wasting your $$$$ on gear that is designed for someone with much lower bf %.
 
my diet although fair is working as if you noticed i have lost 32 lbs and 7% bf already this year at the old age of 55. Can some one answer my question please

well here's my .02...you need to first work out more than 3x per week...obviously since you want to burn fat, you do cardio 3-4 xw which is good but realistically, if you train properly, you will burn more calories and fat from training than from cardio...look up Guardian's Clen thread...it's very informative and will help you out alot with that...as for the test, not sure how many mg per week you're taking now but i would get it between 250 and 300mg EW and run the primo and var together for the last 6 weeks...unless of course you can run the Var a little bit longer...say 8-10 weeks
 
I would highly recomend that you get some blood work done to see where your cholesteral levels are at. Anavar can significantly reduce your good hdl cholesteral and for some one over weight and getting involved with clen. this could be a recipe for disaster.

You need to continue to tighten up your diet and increase your cardio to once in the morning and once at night at least five day's a week. Also you should be hitting weights with before your second cardio session at least 5 day's a week.

A combination of weight training and cardio burns more fat that either one by itself.

I would lay off the clen and just do the lipoflame. In my opionion clen. is for guys who are 10% body fat and trying to get down to 6%.

his HDL is through the floor, probably below 10, and his LDL has skyrocketed, probably close to 200...yes, this is a very bad combination for someone overweight and even for a healthy person but it is only temporary...while on Anavar or Winstrol, your HDL levels drop and LDLs rise...it's the way it is and unless your doc prescribes something to combat this, it's something you have to deal with on cycle...within a month or two of stopping Var or Winny, your HDL and LDL levels will go back to normal, in most cases...

just had blood work done like i do every 6 months hdl is 51 ldl is 89 !

at 55 i'm concern if I lift more than 3xw i will not have enough healing time in between. i do a full workout each time . I have guardians info from before. The test c comes to 260 mg per week. thanks
 
at the HRT? dose you are taking you will recover from 5 workouts easy.
you are not on HRT at 300mg nearly per week.

maybe at 33 not at 55 the only way would be to split my workout and do upper one day and lower the next but i don't see the value in that.

when you start at 167 natural test you are on hrt 260 has gotten me to the 900 range and by the way 260 is not 300

I say this cause naturally i can only recover from about 2 sessions per week sometimes three and that was in my early twenties. On 250mg per week I can train all out 6 times per week, tried 7 but it was too much.

If you take 250mg test you will wipe out natural test production pretty rapidly and only be running on the external source.

It is a very high level of HRT. If i was at that level I would just run with it and double it for a 6-8 week period for a course or add some EQ or deca cause of your age.
 
would just like a few more opinions on running var and primo at seperate times var first then primo or at the same time together ?
