You know, it's funny because I'm not INTENTIONALLY trying to do low carb....it just works out that way!!! :whatever: I guess because I did LOW LOW carb dieting before, it's not all that bad. 50 grams is plenty for me to feel fine. I use to do 10 grams or less a day! THAT was hell!!!!! (and very unhealthy, I might add)

Britney's pre-baby bod was hot when she had a show or a shoot to do, but she's always had a fluctuation there. You could just tell she was going to REALLY have to watch it - same thing with Kelly Clarkson. They need to get control of it now and stop yo-yo'ing or they're both going to have problems. Brit probably already is. Listen to me.....talking like they're my FRIENDS or something!! lol But seriously, when they diet down, they look great - and then gain a bunch of fat and look....not so great. We need to get them on here and whip 'em into shape!!!! :twirl:

less than 10g day???OMG My prof. would shi* a brick. He's always preaching the "carbs are better than protein" speech in class. What ever works for you! And you look good so you know whats up :)

Im scared of the yo-yo thing my self. I actually just went through it after the contest. Who would think that 15lbs can be added on in two days?? Im glad everyone warned me otherwise depression wouldve took over. (sort of have a little bit of it now). I dont look as good as I did that week :(

IM WORKING ON IT!!! And britney and any other "famous" person... instead of wasting $3000 a month for someone to come in a "stretch" them they could use some EF. LOL

Only 15!?!?!? Go to Jen's log and see how much she put on post contest. She was really feeling not-so-hot for quite a while.

Just keep at it....you've really come a long way and you're doing great! :rose:
 
I was 138 lbs in April 05 ... lol

During bulk ... I stopped weighing after 180's were breached ... :)

5 lbs less than when I started and look at me now ... Aren't #'s fun?! :D
