Justin.. The brand actually has been getting great reviews for the most part. You should ask yourself a few questions before knocking a product or a brand. Questions like, was it counterfeit? Did my friend administer the product with a dirty or reused pin? Did he accidently contaminate the product? Etc... Posting some pictures will actually help also..
