Yup, get the am and pm workout in just about every day ;) Usually I do lat raises with dumbbells but today was a little crowded in that area, so I used the machine :)

I know them as...

lateral raises ... for medial deltoid ;)

... the lat. for short didn't click :rolleyes: ... lat for lateral not lat.dorsi (back)...

doh.
