9:00 a.m.
-1/2 cup egg beaters

10:30 a.m.
Helped mom cook a BIG fathers day breakfast
-4 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-3 huge strawberries :p

1:30 p.m.
-2 small pieces chicken grilled (6 oz)
-handful baby carrots and celery sticks

5:00 p.m.
-1/2 cup fresh green beans
-1 cup mixed veggies (broc, cauliflower, green beans, mini corns)
-6 oz chicken breast

10:00 p.m.
-1 oz almonds
-4 egg whites

8:15 a.m.
5 min warm up on treadmill
Back: One arm DB Rows (12 x 30 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: DB Curls (10 x 20 lbs) 4 sets (first time ever for all 4 sets :elephant: )
Back: DB pullovers (12 x 40 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: Concentration Curl (10 x 20 lbs) 4 sets

Back: Wide Grip Pull down (12 x 75 lbs) 3 set (8 x 90 lbs) 1 set
Biceps: Reverse Curl (12 x 40 lbs) 2 sets (10 x 50 lbs) 1 set

Shoulders: Seated rear delts (12 x 60 lbs) 4 sets
Shoulders: Shrugs (10 x 55 lbs) 4 sets

****Logging this is for my own reference: Today is a GREAT day! Just got e-mail from cycle instructor telling me thank you for helping motivate her and to also tell me how much she appreciates me always being such a sweetheart! WOW!!! Caught me by surprise but always nice to hear :D ***
