9:00 a.m.
10 min warm up on cross body ramp
Quads: Walking lunges (approx 50 yards) w/15 lbs 4 sets
Hams: Standing leg curls (15 x 40 lbs) 4 sets

Quads: Single leg extensions (15 x 30 lbs) 4 sets
Hams: Stiff leg lifts (12 x 70 lbs) 4 sets

Quads: Single leg press (15 x 50) 2 sets (12 x 60 lbs) 2 sets
Hams: Seated leg curl (15 x 40 lbs) 4 sets

ABS- 60 sec scissor kicks 3 sets
60 sec leg lifts 3 sets
Roman Chair (15 x 30 lbs) 3 sets

Thanks alex They are finally starting to get along too! Its funny though because one is super hyper and the other is VERY calm

You know, I was planning on checking in around 4 or 5 at the hotel at Treil's show, but I'll make arangements to be there earlier. What time are you getting in?

I think, so far, P and I will be picking up Nelms, IP and SBT from O'Hare at 8.35am on Friday and driving straight to Detroit. Should take 4 hours or so????? We'll be there in time to pick Roony up from the airport.

Mmmmm, drinks at 5pm then?
