m1: Pumpkin Pancake again
(Got full though and couldn't finish it all...)
m2: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2
GYM!!! Chest and arms... new PR's so I'd say it was a pretty good workout
Then used the sponge rollers to work on quads a little bit too!
m3: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop Powerade
m4: 5 oz broiled salmon, romaine, mushroom, onion, almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB
m6: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop protein
