m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, onion
m7: 4 egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

GYM!!! Quads and calves... all my weights went WAY up so it was a perdyyyyy good workout ;)

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 2 tbl ANPB, 1 scoop protein

How much chicken do you buy at one shot? Do you go to Costcos? I'm noticing you're almost eating a pound a day....but obviously it's paying off with all the gains in your workouts!!

Btw, can you post the recipe for your orange chicken again? I still haven't tried it out and I think that's the reason I bought a crockpot ;)

Mmmmmmmmmm, sounds good. Love to try that out.
I buy my chicken at Costco. Good price, good size, usually 3 bags at a time.

NOt sure Flor... we aren't doing squats right now in our workout, but I got up into the 500's last night with leg press which I was pretty pleased with :)

Yeah the amount of chicken that T and I go through is crazzzzzzzzzzy :lmao: But yeah, usually get it at Sams and buy 2 or 3 huge bags of the frozen, or like the other night just cleaned them outta all they had left for the fresh stuff... but I'd say a good 30-40 lbs or so?!?! Yeah I had up'd my cals to the 1800 range for the last couple weeks... but thats getting up'd again about 200 cals so I'll be around the 2000 cal range :chomp:

I got a ton of GREAT recipes for ya girl for crock pots and chicken... some are in recipe thread but I can get the rest in there too for ya!!!

Oh yeahhhhh... its delicious!!! I'm also quite fond of my rasberry chicken too, and then T's hot and spicy one!!! :p
