-10 min intervals on the treadmill (incline 10, speed 3/7/9)
-20 min drop sets on stairs (random hill program, 20/15/10)
-10 min cool down on bike

8:25 a.m.
Omellette
-3 oz chicken
-1/4 cup diced bell peppers
-4 egg whites
(yeah so this turned into a scramble not an omellete :lmao: still good :p )

11:45 a.m.
-5 oz chicken
-1 1/2 green beans

3:00 p.m.
-5 oz chicken
-1 1/2 mixed veggies (broc, green beans, kidney beans, peppers)

5:15 p.m.
Pre-WO shake
-6 oz gatorade
-1 scoop isolate

5:20 p.m.
Back: WIde grip pull-up w/assist (12 x 60) x1 (10 x 50) x2 (8x 40) x1
Back: DB Pullovers (10 x 40) x4
Back: One arm DB Rows (12 x 30) x3 (10 x 35) x1

Biceps: DB Curls (10 x 20) x4
Biceps: Conc Curls (8 x 22.5) x4
Biceps: Reverse curl (10 x 50) x4

Shoulder: Upright Rows (12 x 60) x1 (10 x 70) x2 (8 x 80) x1
Shoulder: DB press on stability ball (10 x 20) x3

Shouldn't have but I did.....

Spin class

7:20 p.m.
PWO SHake
-4 oz water
-1 scoop protein

10:00 p.m.
-2 oz chicken
-6 almonds (appetite gone for now)

11:30 p.m. (HERE Nelms :verygood: )
-6 egg whites
-1 whole egg
