***Scheduled day off***

6:30 a.m.
Take pups for a walk about 30 min or so

8:30 a.m.
-3 oz chicken
-4 egg whites
-1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (asst)

11:15 a.m.
Protein smoothie
-1/2 banana
-pack choc MRP

2:50 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-2 cups stir fry veggie blend (broc, green beans, peppers, mini corns, water chestnuts)

4:30 p.m.
-Black cherry Fresca :p
(just for you Jens ;) )

5:45 p.m.
-5 oz chicken
-1 1/2 stir fry blend (broc, green beans, peppers, mini corns, water chestnut)
-7 almonds

11:00 p.m.
-6 egg whites
