Saw this for the first time last night and thought it was really funny. You could see Arnold was going to be successful as a main stream star. What did guys in the mid 70s typically use? Just dbol?

My dad got it for me for Christmas, and he said he get it online, but I don't know what he paid. He's almost 60 and an old school BB fan. It was a nice experience watching it with him over cigars.

You know....I have been watching it too. I just bought a copy of that tape a month ago on Amazon.

I wonder what they hell they took and how much! Man did you see the weigh those guys train? What the hell is up with thier FORM....or should I say lack of. Maybe they were just doing that for the movie?

I dunno....but it made me want to start doing some T-Bar rows!!! hahaha

Did you notice when Franco was benching with 315 then paused with the bar on his chest and kind of let go of it so the bar rested on his chest? Personally, I thought how he casually had it on his chest while having a conversation was pretty funny.

The form is bad, but Arnold basically wrote a book on how to cheat.

I'm dying to watch "Pumping Iron." Can't get a hand on the movie, though.

Anybody know about Morpheus, et. al -- p2p network allowing files to be shared.

At a fast connection, the flic could be downloaded, right? My buddy obtained "Episode One" using that technique.

I guess I just lucked out cause one sunday I was sitting at the computer and stopped to surf the channels when i came to PBS and the guy was saying and this movie pumping iron.....reaction spring out of couch and throw in cassette-I got the whole uncut no commercial version free!

Hey bouncer i had problems finding it my self but try ebay, found it directly and bought it from a guy in the uk.... fast and secure....


And I also think its a great movie, but it has been a lot of talk about if it was scripted or if it was a "real" documentary.... for ex. lou ferigno talks about in his book, that his relationship with his father wasnen't anything like in pumping iron...
