SARMs + Formastanzol detailed log

gw will help in a diet with lower fat/mod-high carb diet, because it will help bypass a good deal carbs and go right to fat burning but if you are at a rut right now, give it a shot because sarms are anti-catabolic and will help hold muscle and a very low carb diet.Just dont go overboard on the cardio on a super low carb stage or you might risk losing a bit of muscle, even on sarms.

I was thinking about adding GW and Albuterol to my next cycle. I plan on doing a RS Transaderm/Epi-strong cycle toward the end of June. I think eating at maintenance with carbs with the addition of GW and Albuterol would be incredible. Still doing cardio about 25-30mins, 4 days per week.
 
WEEK 7
DAY 46

Chest/shoulders/tri's/cardio

Morning update:
173.5lbs after oats and a protein shake.

Will update again after workout tonight.
 
Afternoon update:

Just got back from the gym.
Hit heavy bench presses. 135/225/245/265 x5 pause reps. Then 285/295/305/315 x1 pause rep. Then some cable flye variations and push ups.
Did a lot of super sets for shoulders but I did about 20 sets of lateral raise variations. Really trying to bring up my medial delts.
Skull crushers, push downs, and kick backs for tri's.
40 minutes of HIIT cardio.........

Feel like I'm going to die. Felt great, but the cardio made me hate life.
Haven't benched that heavy in a few weeks so that was a nice change of pace. Haven't quite made the gains I was hoping to with my flat bench though.

EDIT:
The only strength gains I've made are my squats. Maybe bicep curls, but I don't really monitor those. Nor do I consider bicep curls "gains".
 
WEEK 7
DAY 47

Back/bi's/cardio

Had a killer workout this morning. Did 8 sets of pull-up variations. Dumbell rows with 105's for 3 sets of 12 followed by a double drop set. Did some underhand cable rows- one handed. Really contracting the muscle. And some lat push downs for dat der striates.
Biceps went fantastic as well. Curled 40's for 2 sets of SLOW ASS 10 reps. 2 second contraction and 4 second negative! Then did the same with 30's and 20's. Did 2 sets of high rep wide grip drag curls then 2 sets of modified close grip preacher curls.
25mins HIIT on elliptical. 2:1 ratio.

Was 173 this morning but went to dinner with the family for my mom's birthday... Carbed up a little more than I planned...
Downside- bloated as fuck.
Plus side- vascular as fuck.

Win some- lose some...

Got my exhaust finished up as well. Good news- sounds badass and you can feel it in your chest.
Bad news- rattles against my rear lower control arm.

Can't win them all apparently....

Off day. No cardio.

Big caloric deficit because of last night. Working 14 hours today. Rad.

Legs/core/cardio

Did sets of 10 for squats today which was weird. 135/225/245/265/225/225/135.
Followed by 3 sets of leg extensions and 3 sets of hamstring curls.
Core work.
25mins of cardio.

that will be an excellent addition... those two work extremely well together and I can tell you that I always see excellent results with the two... albuterol is not extremely strong but it works and its only enhanced with gw ran alongside... You will LOVE CARDARINE bro...

Chest/ shoulders

Had to squeeze in a workout before work this morning so no cardio and no core work.
Incline press 100's for 3 sets followed by a drop set. Shoulder press for 5 sets. Cable flye variations superset with push ups. Then 12 sets of various lateral raises. Two arm/ one arm/ drop sets/ pause reps/ etc...

Tiny bit more vascular. Strength feels the same.

DAY 51

Off day, no cardio.

Legs were too sore to hit cardio this morning.... Sucks. Recovery times are not faster and I'm really disappointed. Slightly more vascularity this week. Upping the dose tomorrow through Saturday to finish off the bottle. Just 3 caps from Wed-Sat. Upped HCGenerate also, again, to finish off the bottle by Saturday.

DAY 52

Good news- upped katana to 3 caps.
Bad news- ran out of S4...

About to hit fasted cardio. 35-40 minutes. Then legs/core/more cardio after work, but my legs are still killing me from Sunday for some reason. I'm never sore for this long, for ANY muscle group.

UPDATE:
Did only 30 minutes of cardio. 400 calories burned. Doing more cardio tonight so I didn't need to over-do it this morning.

PM UPDATE

Felt really good in the gym today. Really stressed and felt like shit all day but the weights seemed to move very smoothly once I warmed up.
Incline pressed 100's for 20 FRIGIN REPS. Felt like nothing. Second set for 15 reps. Third set for 10 reps. Drop set to 50's until failure.
Hit lateral raises first today because I want gnarly medial delts.... 10 sets of various reps and weights.
Superset cable flyes with push ups.
Shoulder pressed with a machine and superset them with shrugs.
Hit some quick triceps and ended with rear delts and some ab work.

Weights felt lighter today and got a nasty pump with some badass shoulder and chest vascularity. Sucks that I only have two days left.

So I guess I forgot to update yesterday.... First time this entire log that I missed a post. Back and bi's was great. Got a sweet pump. Looking sharper. Did 30 mins of cardio, pretty much sprinted the whole time.



Today is an off day, no cardio. Working 13 hours........

Also, picked up some LGI Fully Loaded and holy shittttttttt. Took half a scoop and didn't even need to listen to music during my workout. So focused with clean energy and a nice pump.



Highly recommend it. Tastes incredible too.

Gym was closed today..... Ran two miles instead.

Not going to be able to workout tomorrow either due to work and class.... So I might workout tuesday morning, even though it is my scheduled off day. Partially due to the fact that I am busy all day.

sorry if i missed but are you running the gw throughout pct? It will help hold a bit of muscle if so, its anti catabolic and be extended to 12 weeks easy.
 
I'm actually not using the GW. I didn't use it on cycle either. I decided against it just because I'm broke haha next cycle though, may add GW and Albuterol.



I may also run a really long cycle, but I'm not sure. Need some input from the vets before I do that.

gw will make any cycle better period.

the best cycles have gw during cycle and osta in pct imo.
 
PCT DAY 4

Hit legs and cardio today.
Felt pretty shitty even though I made sure my diet was on point. 315# 5x5 squats felt heavy as hell today. Could just be the fact that I've been out of the gym for a few days and only running a few miles. So a combination of not lifting and being sore from running- could be the reason.
Also did single leg extensions and single leg ham curls.

30 minutes of cardio.
 
PCT DAY 5 (forgot to update)



Chest/shoulders/tris/cardio



Workout felt good. Bench press wasn't where I wanted it to be but I haven't trained flat bench in a while. Was only able to get 275 for 3 reps.

Shoulders and triceps felt good. Got a nice pump.

25 minutes of light cardio.





Back/bi's/abs/cardio later today.

Legs/cardio



Felt like an animal today. Better than I did on cycle. Not sure what the deal was but I'm cool with it haha

Needed a good workout. Ditched squats today because I really need to start focusing on my outer-quads. My inner completely overpowers the rest of it.



6 sets of hack squats. 2 plates- 4 plates- 6/8/10/12 plates. Sets of 8-12 reps. Felt insane. Then did 3 sets of one-leg leg press. Hamstring curls. Some calves. Then 35 mins of cardio.



Focus was on point today. Haven't felt this focused in a while.



Planning out my next cycle. Have a few interesting ideas im tinkering with.

Chest/shoulders/core



Felt good. Really focused on form today. Didn't really move as much weight but it felt really solid. Good pump. Good energy. Nothing new to report. Weight is steady between 173-175. Trying to keep it between 170-175 until my next cycle to preserve muscle. Then cutting hard again.

So I definitely think my nipples are puffy. I've been suspicious for a while but didn't think anything of it. They're not sensitive at all but today I went to pop what I though was a pimple on my nipple and squeezed and it looked like water just kinda dripped out around my nipple....



Really confused. I'm on Erase/Unleashed/ and Post Cycle and feel completely normal. But for some reason, I feel my nipples are slightly puffy and apparently shit came out of them. I don't know what to think. Its not bad. And maybe im being paranoid. But I don't know..

So I've been flipping through some old progress pics and I've always kinda had puffier nipples when I'm between 9-13% BF. I'll upload a picture when I get to my laptop for comparison.



I think just now that I'm aware of it, I'm freaking out considering the situation now, even though it may not be related.



I'm still going to run Aromasin for 2 weeks at 10mg ED until I leave the country for a week and assess where I'm at. Better to be safe than sorry.

So I've been taking 1 cap of unleashed and post cycle before my workouts lately and holy shit my workouts are intense. Could be a placebo effect but I get a crazy pump and just feel good and aggressive. Intensity has been through the roof in the gym. Chest, shoulders and tris were fantastic.



Shoulders got a ridiculously good pump today. Better than normal.

Back is looking wider. Biceps are DEFINITELY growing and changing shape. For sure. The really really slow reps are making a huge difference.
Vascularity is still increasing although my weight is still fairly the same.

Two girls actually approached me and gave me their phone numbers the other day, on the same day, and I'm going out with one of them tonight. Crazy right? First time in this entire log I'm actually doing something with my Friday night hahaha
One of them was kinda iffy but the one I'm going out with tonight works out and is doing some fitness modeling. So. Game over. I'm sold. haha

Tomorrow is an off day. Working 9am-9pm. Back at it on Sunday with legs/cardio.

Didn't have time for cardio, abs or tris today because I have to go to work early.

Looking lean and vascular as FUCK today. Weight is the exact same. I'm going to be honest, im enjoying UNLEASHED more than the sarms/katana cycle itself. Definitely bummed I wasted the money. Got all the stuff for my next cycle for only 100 bucks more than I spent for this one, and I KNOW the next one will be good. This one was an experiment and I'm disappointed. Obviously I got results, but that's because I worked my ass off, I don't think the sarms really did much of anything for me. I look and feel better now that I'm off of them.



Can't wait for June for my next cycle. Going to log it on this forum. I like having information floating around for other people to see and have reference. Might be adding Oxandrovar if the GK guys decide to pick me as a logger, but right now, I'll be throwing in Epi-Strong because I got it for a steal.

PCT DAY 17



Off day. Legs are so sore I want to punt infants. Not sure why they're THIS sore. I did 7 sets of hack squats 6-10 reps and 4 sets of calves 12- 15 reps.

No cardio today because im practically in a wheel chair.

Hoping im good for legs again tomorrow. Dropping carbs and upping protein substantially for the day.

Legs/abs



AROMASIN FINALLY ARRIVED. Dosing 10mg ED until next Saturday when I leave the country... Seeing where this takes me. Nipples aren't sensitive but they're definitely a little puffy. There is a bump that just feels like a pimple at the edge of one of them, not sure if I should be concerned, its been there for a while now. Long before i noticed they were puffy. Its tiny and looks and feels like a pimple that's not quite at the surface.



Crushed hack squats and calves today. Worked up to 14 plates on the 45 degree angle-hack-squat machine. 6 sets adding a plate each side till I hit 14. So 7 sets. Then 4 sets of calves. And quick abs. No cardio today.

Missed my post yesterday. Been dosing Aromasin @10mg ED since wednesday. Will continue for another week before I have to take a week off.
I notice nothing so far...

Chest and shoulders felt great yesterday. Nothing new to report.

Back and Bi's felt great today as well. Biceps are definitely growing and getting stronger. Finally. I figured it out hahaha Night and day difference.

NOW: 173-174lbs 10%bf give or take.

Strength is the same for the most part. Nothing really increased other than my squat but I trained it twice a week for a good amount of time so I expected that gain.

I leveled out my cals a little bit through pct to stay at a steady weight. I'll be here until my next cycle where I'll either cut cals back and try to really shred down, or eat at maintenance for a good recomp. Not sure yet...
