lol...thank you!! Too bad i didn't even sleep in the new bed last night!! I have my own room at my buddies house the bed there is nice and firm and treats my back right though.

I could go and have a blueberry ale charged workout... I'm going to postpone it though... I woke up too late and have a dinner to attend shortly.

I dont know what i can get, havnt dont them alot. GREAt work tho. shit 190x3 is impressive on a close grip. you can close grip more then alot can bench lol Nice bro
