Actually I lift pretty heavy. I always do my maximum weight for 6-8 reps, usually 3 sets each. I also like to superset on certain things. I get such a great pump!!!
Not a bash at all because you have an awesome body, but like you said earlier in this thread. I'd agree with working a little on getting that hard, round bubble butt like Sarah Orbanic or Stacy what's her name? You're ass in a 9.0 now but can easily be a 10.
