Hi it's nice to meet you! So you wanna talk diet huh? Well I seem to be one of the lucky women, as I don't necessarily diet, I more or less just watch what I eat. I pretty much eat whatever I want. I have such a high metabolism that I seem to burn calories pretty quickly. I can also eat carbs all day long!
Some of the things I eat:
bagel cream cheese, (2) BOOST protein shakes, chicken or pasta, apples, plums, protein bar, mandarin oranges, either, chicken steak or pork for dinner with vegies....
You see I can get away with eating carbs as much as I want. This may or may not work for you.
