If you want a critique (albeit picking on minor problems), I would look to add more size to the hamstrings, there is no discernable sweep, I would do some heavy sldl's and atf squats also heavy. I would like to see more lats, especially lower, it would provide a much more impressive overall shape to your torso; although high lats are genetic the best exercise to bring them down a bit and develop them to their fullest potential is a variation on lat pulldown. For the exercise you need a stright pull-down bar, take a shoulder width grip with your hands facing you and pull down to roughly nipple level, it needs to be a slow and deliberate motion, I have seen several people gain very well from this exercise.

Well thank you to the first guy who took me seriously. I will try your suggestions. I have been bustin my tail on my legs but concentrating more on my quads, so maybe now I can add more attention to my hamstrings.

You know it's funny, I really don't like doing back all that much, but surprised myself at what my pictures look like. So thanks for your critique. I hope to hear more comments from you! :)

Yea, sorry about messing about on your threads, but you should take it as a compliment that no-one takes you seriously. What are your goals physique-wise?

I would like to have thicker abs, maybe more of a bubble butt :), and bigger arms!

if you want more constructive criticism, why not post your specific goals on the womens or training board.
 
I like your look! Muscular and beautiful! I dont like bulky, overly muscular women but I definately like a fit girl. I totally respect what you do , because its so much more difficult. Woman definatley tread a fine line with there physiques as opposed to men. Men can just lift heavy and heavier and get bigger and bigger. Women always run the risk of going to far. I remember Sandra Brunelle was absolutely hideous as a bodybuilder , but when she went fitness. Wow! She looked awesome! Breast implants wouldnt be a bad idea, but dont overdue it. Ofcourse this is another problem with getting fit. Your breast dissappear. Anyway, you look great!
 
sarah, wow awesome girl...way to go!! if you don't mind my asking, what does your diet look like? i'm looking to put on some much needed muscle (i'm also 5'7'' but i only weigh about 125)...i relatively lean...not as much as you, i'm at around 17% or so the calipers say...anyways, get back to me, i'd love to see what you are doing....you've definitely inspired me!! ~katie
