Salad Dressing

Hey.

I'm on CKD, and I was looking for a good source of fat with little protein and carbs.

My question is: Is there anything wrong with eating a ton of Ranch Salad dressing all day long? It has 14g of fat (2.5g sat.), 1g of protein, and 1g of carbs for 2 tablespoons.

Is there anything wrong with salad dressing that I haven't though of?

looks OK, but you would probably get more benefits from olive oil, you can use balsamic vinegar to add taste (sweet).
 
Any sugars or hydrogenated oils in the dressing??

I really like balsamic vinegar, olive oil, green tabasco (or red), pepper....YUM!

The only oil I see in the ingredients is vegetable oil...I'm not really sure what a hydrogenated oil is.
