I really havnt given up shit except 6-7 hours a week. I gave up the drugs and drinking awhile ago.
I tried to stop going to the gym and focus on other things and I can honestly say I was in physical hell. My body is used to being in shape, and when I stopped working out 5-6 days a week I felt like a tired, sloppy, average man.
I still eat some crap but not nearly as much as I used to. I just had a big chicken parmasean dinner with buttered bread a coke and a big slice of banana creme pie.
I am not going for the whole pro bodybuilder thing though. notice I said pro.
