rxhealthdrugs and problems

I ordered from rxhealthdrugs on february 2nd and it is now march 8th and I have not gotten a single package. I submitted about 10 tickets at various urgency levels and still no reply. The live help seems to be offline constantly and I even PM'ed the rep on ef and no reply. I don't know what to do any more and if anybody has had a similar problem or a solution that could help me out I would appreciate it greatly. It sucks because my whole spring cycle is riding on this one package and its a lot of hard earned money that is gone. Went through rxprohub with no problems but rxhealthdrugs is not very satisfying right now.
 
I guess some customs laws have changed from what I hear and some of our packages got caught up and taken and allow another 7-21 days for them to be reshipped or a full refund will be granted. They know whos packs got taken so should'nt need to worry just a real big pain in the ass. Got a shit load of goodies that are ready to be pinned just waiting on a damn AI through the mail.
 
seems like alot of us r in the same boat...placed order n dec 29th needto got a hold of them for me they said they reshipped it on Feb 3rd....still noting gonna wait till end of march and see what happens
 
Do you get an order or a shipping confirmation from them? I placed an order March 6th. I got the confirm from AlertPay but nothing from rxhealthdrugs.com. Sent an email with no reply.
 
sounds like a scam site to me... with THIS many complaints
i might be wrong but damn... that's very poor customer service
 
I've used them and i've always gotten my package. it takes a while though. 4 weeks on average.. but one time it took more like 7 weeks and I had to get it re-sent

also i tried placing an order yesterday on their site and i couldn't use their alert pay processor. they used to just let you put in your CC and that was it. so they need to work on their communication and ease of use. but their products are very solid and prices are VERY VERY good.

but they are not a scam site.. no sponsor on here would dare scam any of us.. needto wouldn't have any of that. i just wish they did a better job like i said above with communication and making it easier to buy something..
 
I have used all of the sponsers and they are all very good in terms of service. I have always received what I have always paid for, however I am wondering why is it taking rxprohub over 40 days to send me my product? I have sent out a few e mails with no response.
 
This thread makes me feel a bit bhetter. This is my 7th order w/ rxhealth. Always get my stuff but it does take awhile. I just submitted a ticket last nite for an order from feb 4th. Guess I have a bit longer towait. They do always come thru tho

No....They are sponsors and you will recieve your stuff!

It probably shipped by now considering the time frame now it's out of their hands and could be held up in customs.
alway plan ahead!
 
Same Boat here.... paid for order on Feb 8th and it was listed shipped, wish they would respond to there emails!!! piss poor customer service!!

Ya a lot of new customs laws have fucked the whole system of doing things. Have no fear though rxprohub and rxhealth will have a fully operational 24 hour customer service within 30 days or less. This customer service will reply to every single email and they will also have working live customer supports a few hours a day soon.

I have stressed to them that although there price is awesome and I enjoy the fact that no one has ever ordered from them and not gotten a product or a refund. There customer service is lacking a lot..

They heard me and I am working with them to put together the best customer service team I can for them. They have asked for my help and I will make sure the job gets done right.
