Russian or Bulgarian powerlifting programs: any advice?

Hi,

I started out with the starting strength program and it went really well for me. I really like squatting every workout.

Recently I have been running 531 and quite frankly I feel it sucks for me. Not enough volume, esp on the squat. I just don't feel like I am training right on 531.

I just don't understand the conjugate system so won't run it. I don't see how you can get better at something without doing it a lot. If I wanted infinite variation in my training I would go do Crossfit!

What I want is to increase my basic lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, press. I seem to respond best to a lot of volume in my training diet.

I am considering sheiko, smolov or smolov jr. Anyone got any feedback on those? Anything else I should be looking at as an alternative?

Weight: 90kg
Height: 170cm
Squat: 160kg
Deadlift: 180kg
Bench: 107kg
